Jason is the master of the grill in our family. I have wanted to learn and have practiced this summer (with charcoal). With only a handful of fires and a couple of meals under my belt, I’m happy so say this meal came off without incident!

We rode a group ride today organized by Tall Pines Land Conservancy that took us from farm to farm over 30+ miles. Jason pulled Maia in one trailer (shown above with Jeremy) and I pulled Tarek in the other. We were served delicious home grown and raised food at the farms and talked to the farmers about the state of farming in Waukesha and the surrounding counties. It was a great event!

I came to learn that this is actually the whole round, made up of the top, bottom and eye of round. He offered some suggestions on how to cook each part as well, which is great because I have to cook it all today and we don’t even have a party planned.

Anyone want to come over for dinner?
